2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data are processed for the purposes of tailored outreach, with offers of products and services, sending information in the area of services provided by the company, and to perform the rights and obligations arising between you and the company Bioteco s.r.o.. This includes the following customer personal data: name, telephone number, email address of the customer.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent given to the controller in accordance with:

- fulfillment of a contract Article 6 Paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR and fulfillment of rights and obligations of the controller according to Article 6 Paragraph 1 letter c) GDPR,

- Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter 'GDPR') for the purposes of direct marketing, unless there was an order of goods

- legitimate interest of the controller in carrying out direct marketing according to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR

Processing of personal data is necessary in the case of sending a contact form, necessary for contacting and for the purposes of fulfilling a legal obligation of the company Bioteco s.r.o..

There is no automatic individual decision-making by the controller according to Art. 22 GDPR.

3. DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

Personal data are processed for the duration necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (for a maximum of 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship) or until the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data in written form addressed to the seller, by mail, phone, or electronically to the email info@bioteco.sk.

The recipients of personal data are the following persons:

- the company Bioteco s.r.o., registered at Vinohrady 3631/10 940 67 Nové Zámky, VAT ID: 55588107, as an intermediary for accounting

The controller commits to adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data to prevent unauthorized access to or loss of these data. The controller declares that only authorized persons obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data will have access to the personal data. The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and personal data recorded in paper form.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

By sending the form, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with the conditions of personal data protection and unconditionally agree with them. The controller reserves the right to change these conditions. The current version of the conditions is published on the administrator's websites.
